This is a nifty litle extension that I picked up from a local BBS that rather dramatically speeds up the zooming rectangles when opening or closing windows or applications.
Since we all live with those rectangles, why not have the crazy suckers move at lightning speed? This little INIT will speed the process up dramatically, depending of course, on the CPU speed of your machine.
This INIT is System 7-friendly, and works under 32-bit addressing just fine. It's simple, but rather elegant at the same time.
Unfortunately, I do not know who wrote this little jem, as I received no documentation when I downloaded it from my local BBS. If anyone knows who wrote this INIT, please let me know. I'd love to give credit to where credit is due.
I use this program on my Mac LC III and it works just dandy. I highly recommend it if you hate for the Finder to finish its little rectangle drawing routine. I want to know why Apple Computer didn't think of this years ago!!
